When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
User Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
- Upload, transmit or distribute any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system;

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms.
Subscription Plans and Payment

We reserve the right to change the pricing for our subscription plans at any time. We will provide you with prior notice of any such changes, and you may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the new pricing.
Bookster Challenges and Presale Credits
This section applies to Bookster Challenges («Challenges») and to the presale credits sold at bookster.marketing («Credits»). Where it conflicts with the general terms above, this section prevails for Challenges and Credits.
Definitions
- Challenge: a fixed-length learning program inside the App, on one topic, built from daily lessons and quizzes. Each Challenge publishes its own rules before you enter: length, number of lessons per day, quiz pass mark, entry amount, minimum number of participants, start date and prize format.
- Entry: the amount of Credits you stake to join a Challenge.
- Credits: a prepaid balance, denominated in US dollars, used to pay Entries. Your balance has two parts: Purchased Credits, the amount you actually paid, and Bonus Credits. You can buy Credits or obtain them free of charge by mail (see Free entry by mail).
- Bonus Credits: Credits that Bookster gifts you as an incentive to buy, on top of what you paid (for example, the $50 package gives $50 in Purchased Credits plus $25 in Bonus Credits, $75 in total). Bonus Credits are promotional and are subject to the play-through rule in Withdrawals and play-through. Credits obtained free of charge by mail are not Bonus Credits.
- Play-through: the total amount of Credits you have staked as Entries. Staking $10 in Entries is $10 of play-through, whether or not you finish the Challenge.
- Prize Pot: the amount distributed among Finishers of a Challenge. It is made of the Entries forfeited by participants who did not finish, plus any amount Bookster sponsors for that Challenge.
- Finisher: a participant who completes every day of the Challenge according to its rules.
Buying Credits
- Credits are sold through Whop, our payment provider. Whop processes your payment and, where applicable, calculates, collects and remits sales tax or VAT on the purchase. Tax is added at checkout on top of the package price. Your card statement will show the charge as WHOP*BOOKSTERCHALLENGE.
- Credits are not transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged, and have no cash value until they have been played (see Withdrawals and play-through below).
- Credits do not expire, but Bookster may set an expiry with at least 90 days' notice by email.
- You may buy only for yourself. One account per person.
Free entry by mail (no purchase necessary)
- No purchase is necessary to take part in Challenges. You can obtain Credits free of charge by mail, under the rules in this section. Credits obtained this way are identical to purchased Credits: same Entries, same Challenges, same Prize Pot and same payouts. Buying Credits does not improve your results: a Challenge is won only by completing its lessons and passing its quizzes.
- How to request free Credits. Print the free-entry letter template published at bookster.marketing/free-entry (we also send it by email on request to support@bookster.ai), complete every field, sign it by hand and mail it, one letter per envelope, with sufficient postage, to: Bookify, Inc. — Bookster Challenges Free Entry, 92 SW 3rd Street, Apt 2906, Miami, FL 33130, USA. The letter must state your full name, the email address of your Bookster account, your postal address, your date of birth, the date, and the declaration printed on the template that you have read and accept these Terms and the rules of the Challenges. Letters that are incomplete, illegible, unsigned, photocopied or mechanically reproduced, sent without the current template, or that name an account that does not exist or belongs to someone else are void.
- What each letter is worth. Each valid letter is credited with US$1.00 in Credits to the account it names. We process letters within 30 days of receipt; the Credits are available in your balance once processed, and we confirm by email.
- Limits. A maximum of three (3) letters per person per day, by postmark date; additional letters for the same day are void. One account per person. Letters are not returned and postage is not reimbursed. We may reject requests that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, automated or in breach of the Fair play rules, and we keep a record of every letter received and processed.
- Where it applies. Free entry by mail is available to eligible participants resident in the United States. Where the law of another country or state requires a free method of entry, write to support@bookster.ai and we will provide one. The Eligibility rules apply to every participant, however they obtained their Credits.
How a Challenge works
- You join a Challenge by staking an Entry from your Credits before it starts. Your Entry goes into the Prize Pot.
- Each day of the Challenge you must complete the day's lessons and pass the quiz with the published minimum score. You get one attempt per quiz. Days are counted in Pacific Time and close at midnight.
- If you miss a day or fail the quiz, you are eliminated and your Entry stays in the Prize Pot. Where a Challenge offers a re-entry or a shield (a power-up that protects you against one missed day), its price and conditions are shown before you use it; the re-entry price is split between the Prize Pot and Bookster as stated.
- Bookster provides the lessons from books, podcasts and articles it selects. Bookster may correct a lesson or a quiz; if a technical error on our side prevents you from completing a day, we will restore your participation.
- A Challenge that does not reach its minimum number of participants by its start date is cancelled and Entries are returned to your Credits balance in full.
Prize Pot, winning and payouts
- Guaranteed Win format: every Finisher receives their Entry back in full, plus an equal share of the Prize Pot. Winner Takes All format: the Prize Pot is awarded as stated in that Challenge's rules. The format is shown before you enter.
- Bookster's fee: Bookster retains a service fee, stated for each Challenge before you enter, calculated only on the forfeited Entries distributed to Finishers. It is never taken from a Finisher's own Entry: a Finisher always gets their full stake back.
- Payouts are credited to your Credits balance within 7 days after the Challenge ends. Amounts shown before a Challenge starts (sponsored pots, example payouts) are estimates or minimums, not guarantees, except where expressly marked as guaranteed.
- Before paying out we may ask you to verify your identity. Any taxes on prizes are your responsibility.
Withdrawals and play-through
- Purchased Credits unlock at 1x. Once you have staked in Entries the amount you paid for, you can withdraw what remains in your balance.
- Bonus Credits unlock at 3x, and only afterwards. Bonus Credits start counting as played only once your Purchased Credits have been played in full at 1x; from that point you must stake three times the Bonus Credits before they can be withdrawn.
- Example. You buy the $50 package: $50 in Purchased Credits and $25 in Bonus Credits. After staking $50 in Entries you can withdraw everything in your balance except those $25. After a further $75 staked — $125 in total — your whole balance, including anything you have won, can be withdrawn.
- Credits obtained free of charge by mail are not Bonus Credits: they carry the same 1x play-through as Purchased Credits.
- Bonus Credits can always be staked in Challenges and won with. The play-through affects only when you can take money out; it never affects your chances in a Challenge.
- This rule applies to Credits bought on or after September 17, 2026. Credits bought before that date keep the 1x play-through under which they were sold.
- Withdrawals and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding contract, and not resident in a jurisdiction where participation in paid skill contests is prohibited. Challenges are contests of skill: the outcome depends solely on completing the lessons and passing the quizzes; there is no element of chance.
- Challenges are void where prohibited by law. Bookster may restrict participation by country or state and may verify your location.
Fair play
You must not use more than one account, share or obtain quiz answers, use automation or any tool to complete lessons or quizzes on your behalf, exploit a bug, or otherwise cheat. If we determine, acting reasonably, that you broke these rules, we may eliminate you from the Challenge, forfeit your Entry to the Prize Pot, withhold payouts, and close your account.
Changes and cancellation by Bookster
Bookster may change a Challenge's rules, dates or sponsored amounts before it starts; if you disagree, you can leave and your Entry returns to your Credits balance. If Bookster cancels a Challenge after it starts because of a technical failure or force majeure, Entries are returned to all participants and any sponsored amount is not paid.
Communications
By buying Credits you agree to receive transactional messages about your purchase and your Challenges by email and, at the WhatsApp number you provide, by WhatsApp. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time; transactional notices about a running Challenge may still be sent.
Disputes about a purchase
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first at support@bookster.ai or on WhatsApp at +1 (786) 674-9806; most issues are resolved the same day. You may also open a case in Whop's Resolution Center. The Governing Law and Jurisdiction section above applies to any remaining dispute.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period.
Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service provided by the App, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bookify, Inc. or its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bookify, Inc., its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
Your use of and access to the App;
Your violation of any term of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party rights, including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, property, or privacy right; or
Any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the App.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
Contact Information
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@bookster.ai or, for Bookster Challenges, on WhatsApp at +1 (786) 674-9806. Postal mail: Bookify, Inc., 92 SW 3rd Street, Apt 2906, Miami, FL 33130, USA.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bookify, Inc. regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements between you and Bookify, Inc. concerning your use of the App.
Retiros y play-through
