Bookify, Inc. («us», «we», or «our») operates Bookster («the App»). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
Information Collection and Use
While using the App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and other information («Personal Information»).
We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the App. By providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Log Data
We may collect information that your device sends whenever you use the App («Log Data»). This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol («IP») address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing the App, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics.
Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. («Google»), to collect, monitor, and analyze Log Data. This helps us understand and improve our App’s performance and user experience. Firebase Analytics uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our App. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your device. We use cookies to collect information to improve our App. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the App.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bookify, Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Bookify, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Bookster Challenges and the presale at bookster.marketing
This section describes the additional processing that happens when you buy presale credits or take part in Bookster Challenges.
Information we collect at checkout and afterwards
- From the checkout (operated by Whop): your name, email address, the WhatsApp phone number you enter, your billing country and, where collected, your billing address, the package you bought, the amount paid and taxes, and the identifier of your payment. Your card details are entered on Whop's checkout and are never sent to Bookster; we only see the card brand and the last four digits in Whop's records.
- From our site: the campaign parameters (UTM) of the link that brought you to bookster.marketing, the language you used, and technical data such as your IP address and browser, in our server logs.
- From your participation: the Challenges you enter, your daily progress, quiz results, prizes and your Credits balance.
How we use it
- To activate your purchase, credit your balance, and let you enter Challenges.
- To send you transactional messages: the welcome email with your access link, one-time login links, and notices about your Challenges (start, daily reminders, results, prizes) by email and WhatsApp.
- To pay prizes and process withdrawals and refunds, including identity checks where required.
- To keep accounting and tax records, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
- To measure marketing campaigns. Where we use the Meta Pixel on bookster.marketing, Meta receives an identifier of your visit and purchase events; see Meta's privacy policy.
- To send you news about new Challenges, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are the performance of our contract with you (purchase, Challenges, payouts), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, measurement), legal obligations (accounting, tax) and your consent (marketing, pixel).
Who we share it with
- Whop (Whop, Inc., USA): payment processing, sales tax and VAT collection, receipts, refunds and disputes. Whop is an independent controller for the payment itself.
- Resend: sending our emails.
- Google Cloud / Firebase (USA): storage of your purchase, participation and progress records.
- Vercel (USA): hosting of bookster.marketing and its services.
- Meta / WhatsApp: messaging at the number you give us and, where enabled, ad measurement through the Meta Pixel.
- Telegram, only if you join our community group.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage on bookster.marketing
- A session cookie (`bk_ps`), strictly necessary, keeps you signed in to your purchase page for 90 days. It contains no personal data.
- The campaign parameters (UTM) of your visit are kept in your browser's local storage for 7 days so that we can attribute your purchase.
- An anonymous visit identifier is kept in your browser's local storage so that we can measure how the site performs. It is a random value, it contains no personal data, we never share it with advertising networks, and clearing your browser data removes it.
- Where the Meta Pixel is enabled, Meta sets its own cookies; you can disable them in your browser or through Meta's ad settings.
Retention
We keep purchase, payout and tax records for as long as required by accounting and tax law (generally seven years) and your participation records while your account exists. Login links expire after 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing messages, at support@bookster.ai. Deleting your data does not affect records we must keep by law, nor prizes already paid. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your data protection authority; if you are a California resident you have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and delete, and we do not sell or share your data for cross-context advertising beyond the pixel described above.
Age
Bookster Challenges are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 in connection with Challenges or the presale.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on the App.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at support@bookster.ai. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our systems.
International Data Transfers
Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to the United States and process it there.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States and its storage and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Account Deletion
You have the option to delete your account at any time via the "Settings" section within the App or by reaching out to us at support@bookster.ai. Upon receiving your request, we will proceed with deleting your account and all associated data, except for certain limited information that we may retain for specific purposes and for a limited period, as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Please note that the deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete.
Once you initiate the deletion process, your account will be immediately disabled, and you will lose access to all subscription features. To prevent any additional charges, please ensure that you cancel your subscription prior to deleting your account.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your Personal Information. You may do so by contacting us at support@bookster.ai. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Bookify, Inc. aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Information. If you wish to be informed about what Personal Information we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.

Cookies y almacenamiento local en bookster.marketing

- Los parámetros de campaña (UTM) de tu visita se guardan en el almacenamiento local de tu navegador durante 7 días para atribuir tu compra.
